Thank you for shopping with Crafted Studio.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, expected delivery times, tracking details, and what to do if an issue occurs.

Policy Applicability Statement

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on https://craftedstudio.store, operated by Crafted Studio, an Australia-based online store.

This policy does not apply to any other businesses, brands, or websites with similar names. For accurate information, customers should refer only to the official Crafted Studio website at craftedstudio.store.


1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use Australia Post and Sendle as our primary shipping carriers.
The carrier used may vary depending on the delivery location and parcel size.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

NSW / ACT 2–5 business days
VIC / QLD 3–6 business days
SA / TAS 4–7 business days
WA / NT 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, extreme weather, or peak season congestion.


4. Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $10 AUD for orders within Australia.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $159 AUD.

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • A link to track your parcel

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Crafted Studio cannot guarantee successful delivery if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, you may request a reshipment.
Additional shipping costs may apply.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will assist you in lodging a claim with the relevant carrier where applicable.

Please note:

  • Claims may require photos, documentation, or a written statement

  • Resolution (replacement or refund) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

Once a parcel has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Crafted Studio cannot guarantee protection against theft. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Address changes are not guaranteed and depend on the order’s processing status.


9. Pre-Orders & Backorders (If Applicable)

Some items may be available for pre-order or backorder.
Estimated shipping dates for these items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, items may ship separately.
