1. Change of Mind Returns (30-Day Window)

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and components are included

  • The item is returned in a condition suitable for resale

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must not show signs of use, wear, or modification

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Desk mats

  • Mouse pads

  • Any item that has been used, assembled, or modified


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
